New Extranet Features: 1st February, 2005

Over the Christmas and New Years break, Prodata invested more time and effort into two new features for the manta-tas Extranet. The first is that the Extranet now provides users with the ability to register issues and change requested online. Instead of filling out the outdated word forms, users can now automatically register items directly through the Extranet.

The second feature is a community bulletin board system where users of manta-tas can swap ideas, share information and post request for help from other manta-tas users. We believe that the Bulletin Board will be a handy tool for continuing the improvements our users see regularly in manta-tas. 

Competency Profiling : 31st July, 2004

In the latest release of ExecTools:TM, the Australian Defence Force's version of manta-tas, a full competency profiling feature has been entered to assist management determine how competently trained their staff are.

By comparing the training competency profile of the position to the training history of the member acting in the position, the software instantly determines if the acting member is competently trained to fill the position.
